School Parent Volunteers

- The Diocese of Metuchen requires that all adults who volunteer in any way must undergo a background check and attend a Virtus "Protecting God's Children" seminar. This includes coaches, class parents, class trip chaperones, as well as anyone who volunteers in school, in any capacity.
  
  Volunteer Information Needed:
  Virtus Certificate (Protecting God’s Children)

  All NEW School Volunteers are required to submit to a Background Check through SELECTION.COM/FASTRAX .
  Once you have established your VIRTUS ONLINE ACCOUNT and are signed up for a VIRTUS SESSION, you will be directed by VIRTUS to SELECTION.COM/FASTRAX .
  Fill out the Diocese of Metuchen Volunteer Form (See below)
  Acknowledge that you have read the Pastoral Code of Conduct by Signing the Pastoral Code of Conduct form (See below for form and PDF)
  
  All forms are to be returned to the School Office.
