A little bit about me

I was born and raised on the outskirts of Pittsburgh.
My Great Grandfather owned a dairy farm and I loved helping him out. Hence, I love the enviroment, animals, and gardening.
I Graduated from Penn State Harrisburg with a bachelors degree in Elementary Education.
I moved to New Jersey after I was married.
I taught for 2 years at a private school and then I took care of children in my home for 7 years.
I was one of the first kindergarten teachers here at St. Matthias. After two years, I stayed home to be with my newest child ( total of 4 children) for a few years. I was blessed to be asked to come back to Saint Matthias to teach kindergarten. I love teaching at SMS and being able to talk about God's love with the children! I am truely blessed.

All about Mrs. Fiorello : 

I have been a part of the Saint Matthias community for over 20 years now! It feels just like yesterday I was bringing my own two children to SMS to start their education. After both of my children graduated from SMS, I started working in the after school program. Not too long after that, I started as Mrs. Schnier’s kindergarten assistant. I have loved working with all of the children over the years and meeting their wonderful families. It warms my heart watching my students grow and learn throughout the year.  My goal is to always help each student feel supported and cared for. It is also important to me to make sure the classroom is a positive, fun, and nurturing environment. I am looking forward to another great school year!
